At Strands & Scent, all our wigs are crafted from 100% premium human hair, ensuring a natural look and long lasting quality.
All important details about each product are clearly stated in the description, so please make sure to read the full description before making a purchase.
Our standard cap size is medium, though sizing may run slightly smaller or larger depending on the wig style and construction. Each wig also comes with extra adjustable straps for a secure comfortable fit.

HAIR MAINTAINANCE

Here are a few simple, friendly tips to help you keep your wigs looking beautiful and long-lasting:

water Curly hair

Water curly textures are very easy to maintain. All you need is water mixed in with a leave-in conditioner to refresh and define the curls. Our leave-in conditioner and hair serum are also available for sale if you need them.

Bone Straight Wigs

For your bone straight wigs, you can use an oil-based heat protectant serum, it moisturizes the hair while protecting it from heat styling. If you prefer, you can use a water-based heat protectant paired with a light serum or argan oil. Make sure to apply only a small amount. Too much products can make the hair greasy and cause the strands to stick together.

Curly & Bouncy Wigs

Please keep in mind that we do not sell "forever curls" or "forever bounce".
All our curly and bouncy wigs are originally made from wavy human hair, then curled either in the factory or by us. With time, the curls will naturally loosen and that is completely normal.
How long your curls last depend on how you store the wig, the curling method used, and the quality and texture of the strands. To maintain your curls, bounce, or flips, make sure you have heatless rollers or a curling wand at home.

Delivery days are now Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
We offer free shipping on all orders £100 and above.
For orders below £100, standard shipping fees will apply.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or exchange requests are only accepted for wigs that are in the exact original condition they were sent out in.
Wigs that have been combed out, brushed out loosened curls, or modified in any way will nor qualify. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for the item to be sent back to them.
we can make adjustments to any wig upon customer request such as trimming the lace or changing the length. However, please note that any wig that has been customized or modified cannot be returned or exchanged.
